The Aqara Camera Hub G3 combines a high-resolution 2K indoor security camera with a powerful Zigbee 3.0 smart home hub. Enjoy AI-based facial, pet and gesture recognition, near 360° viewing angle, local infrared control and support for all major smart home platforms – in one compact device.
Smart AI & Camera Features
- AI facial & pet recognition: recognizes familiar faces, can welcome you when you come home, and detects strangers to send alerts. It also recognizes pets for smarter automations.
- Gesture control: trigger up to five preset actions by using different hand gestures – a unique way to interact with your smart home.
- 2K 1296p resolution: 2304 × 1296 image sensor delivers sharp details; in HomeKit Secure Video mode, recording is 1080p due to HomeKit limitations.
- 360° coverage without blind spots: 110° wide-angle lens plus pan/tilt motors provide up to 340° rotation with automatic cruising and face/pet tracking.
- Night-time monitoring: clear image quality in low light (depending on environment and settings).
Smart Home Hub & Integrations
- Local Zigbee 3.0 hub: connects up to 128 Aqara Zigbee child devices such as sensors, switches, relays and locks for full home automation.
- Wide platform support: works with Apple HomeKit, Alexa, Google Assistant and IFTTT (IR functions are not supported in HomeKit).
