Aura Smart Home supports multiple secure payment methods for all customers across Egypt:

Available in selected areas. Customers must provide the exact amount to the courier. Service fees may apply.

PCI-DSS compliant encrypted gateway. Aura never stores your card details.

Fawry

A Fawry payment code is generated after checkout. Order is processed only after payment confirmation.

Convenient digital installments. Approval depends on the service provider. Fees may apply.

Digital Wallets

Vodafone Cash and others. Payment must be completed within the specified time. Transaction screenshot may be required for verification.

Egyptian national payment card — available via the electronic payment gateway.

Warning: Orders will not be processed without successful payment completion. Incorrect information may delay or cancel your order.

Order Processing & Payment
  • All payments are in EGP and charged immediately at checkout
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful gateway verification
  • If payment is incomplete or mismatched, your order may be placed on hold or cancelled
  • Orders cannot be created or processed unless payment is successfully completed
  • A confirmation message will be sent to your email or phone upon order confirmation

Aura Smart Home uses the latest security technologies to protect every financial transaction:

PCI-DSS Encryption All card transactions are processed through an internationally certified encrypted gateway
No Card Data Storage Aura never stores your card number or CVV on its servers
Fraud Prevention Advanced monitoring system to detect suspicious activities and protect customers
SSL / HTTPS All communications between your browser and our website are encrypted
Regarding Fraud: Suspicious orders may be paused for review or cancelled. These measures protect both our customers and Aura.

Prices, Taxes & Invoices
  • All prices are in EGP and include VAT
  • No additional tax fees are added at checkout
  • Prices are subject to change — the price displayed at checkout is the final confirmed price
  • Aura is a registered entity with the Egyptian Tax Authority — all invoices comply with tax standards
  • Delivery fees are separate — a fixed 200 EGP for all governorates
  • Orders over 5,000 EGP qualify for free shipping

Payment Refunds

After return approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method within the following timeframes:

  • Visa / Mastercard: 7 business days (Sat–Thu) — banks may take additional time
  • Fawry / valU: According to the service provider's policy
  • Cash on Delivery: Direct bank transfer within 3-5 business days
  • Digital Wallets: According to wallet policy — usually within 5 days
Important: Refunds cannot be issued to a different card or account than the original payment method. If the card is expired, the bank will route the refund automatically. Online payments cannot be refunded in cash.

Installment Terms: Approval depends on the service provider. Provider fees may apply. Refunds for installment payments follow the provider's policy.
