• All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include VAT
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• The price shown at the time of order completion is the confirmed price
• Offers and discounts are valid for the specified period only

If a product goes out of stock after order confirmation, we will contact you immediately to offer an alternative or a full refund.

Your order is confirmed upon receiving a confirmation message via email or phone. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or stock shortages.

• Greater Cairo and major cities: 1–3 business days
• A tracking number is sent as soon as the order is shipped
• If the recipient is unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery or contact you by phone

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt
• The product must be in its original condition — unused and in original packaging
• The invoice or purchase receipt must be included
• Returns are not accepted for products damaged due to misuse

• All products are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty
• Immediate replacement within 48 hours for manufacturing defects
• The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse or natural disasters

• We are not responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control
• Any legal disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Egyptian courts under Egyptian law
• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product
